Shipping policy

Order Processing All Herhoodco products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on product type and fulfillment provider.

Shipping Timeframes Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, destination, and customs procedures.

Shipping Methods & Carriers Orders are fulfilled by trusted Print‑on‑Demand partners using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional postal services for international shipments. Carrier selection is determined automatically based on the fulfillment provider and delivery location.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to product type, fulfillment provider, and destination. Some items may ship separately if produced by different fulfillment partners.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Herhoodco is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at lorenacana@hotmail.com. We will work with the fulfillment provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.

Split Shipments Because Herhoodco partners with multiple fulfillment providers, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Delivery Confirmation Issues If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Herhoodco is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
